Every DIVINEDROP harvest is tested when it lands, and the result is published here with the harvest it belongs to, the laboratory that ran it and the reference number on the report. Sidr activity changes with the season, the rain and the valley, so a single figure cannot describe every jar a brand sells. These are the figures for the jars we are selling now, and the record of the harvests before them.

What these numbers are

Total activity (TA) is a laboratory measure of antimicrobial activity, expressed as a phenol equivalent. It describes the honey as tested. It is a measure of the honey, not a statement about health.

The C4 sugar result is a separate test. It detects added cane or corn syrup. A honey can carry a high activity figure and still say nothing about adulteration, because the two tests answer different questions. We publish both.

Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.

Before you trust any lab result
