Three Award-Winning Harvests. One Ancient Origin.

Experience the peak of artisanal Yemeni apiculture with the DivineDrop Great Taste 2026 Award-Winning Collection. Selected and blind-judged by world-leading food critics and master sommeliers at the prestigious Guild of Fine Food in London, all three honeys in this set were officially awarded Great Taste stars for their exceptional depth, complex aromas, and unmatched purity.

Harvested using centuries-old traditional methods from uncultivated wild flora in Yemen, this collection brings together three distinct sensory personalities—from golden, fudgy Sidr nectar to deep, smoky Sumra tree honey.

What's Inside the Collection

1. Yemeni Royal Sidr Honey — ★★ 2-Star Great Taste Winner 2026

"The flavour brings such delight." — Guild of Fine Food Judges

Awarded 2 Stars (placing it in the top 10.5% of over 14,000 global entries), our Royal Sidr is harvested from ancient Lote (Sidr) trees in the legendary valleys of Wadi Doan. Celebrated by judges for its luxurious texture and rich, multi-layered profile.

  • Appearance & Texture: Dense, fudgy, and chewy golden body.
  • Aroma: Perfumed wild-floral and frankincense notes.
  • Palate & Finish: Rich, creamy caramel taste with a long, rewarding finish.

2. Yemeni Sumra Honey — ★★ 2-Star Great Taste Winner 2026

"A super honey, complex and interesting." — Guild of Fine Food Judges

Also awarded 2 Stars, our Sumra is a rare, dark acacia honey harvested from desert Acacia tortilis trees. Unlike lighter floral honeys, Sumra offers a bold, savory-sweet profile crafted for connoisseurs.

  • Appearance & Texture: Striking deep chestnut hue with dark reddish tones and rich body.
  • Aroma: Distinctive woody tree bark, leather, and smoky notes.
  • Palate & Finish: Rich molasses, maple, and gently burnt caramel with hints of citrus orange peel and a clean, tannin-rounded finish.

3. Yemeni Sidr Honey — ★ 1-Star Great Taste Winner 2026

"An interesting and well-balanced honey." — Guild of Fine Food Judges

Awarded 1 Star ("Simply Delicious"), this classic monofloral Sidr honey showcases gentle delicacy, bright nuances, and remarkable balance.

  • Appearance & Texture: Thick, velvety texture with high viscosity on the tongue.
  • Aroma: Surprising incense aroma balanced by soft lemon sherbet acidity.
  • Palate & Finish: Smooth butterscotch notes with a lingering, delicate floral finish.
