This set contains two specific types of honey from opposing terrains in Yemen. We do not blend them. You get the distinct biological properties of the High Mountains of Taiz and the Deep Valleys of Doa’n.
Both are wild, organic, and raw. They are harvested direct from our local beekeeper and packaged to preserve their natural state.
1. Royal Sal Honey (Mountain Harvest)
Origin: Taiz High Mountains Source: Wild Tamarisk (Athl) Trees

The Geography: Sourced from hives located in the high-altitude, cooler air of Taiz. The bees forage exclusively on the wild Tamarisk blooms.

The Texture: Because this honey is unheated and unpasteurized, it retains its natural tendency to crystallize. It forms a dense, creamy white texture that spreads like butter.

2. Royal Sumra Honey (Valley Harvest)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund on the price of our honey. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. The honey must be returned in its original condition, with at least 90% of the jar's contents remaining. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Yemeni Honey should be stored at room temperature in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate as this can cause the honey to crystallize. If crystallization occurs, simply place the honey jar in warm water until it returns to its liquid state.
