Our Khalta: Yemeni Sidr honey blended in small batches with royal jelly, bee pollen, Korean red ginseng, Tongkat Ali, black seed, pumpkin seeds, almonds and cashews. A Khalta is a Yemeni mix, and it has been made at home in Yemen for generations.

Thick and textured, with the raw Sidr honey carrying the seeds and nuts. Enjoy it on its own, or stir it into a warm drink below 40°C.

Contains nuts and bee products. Not for children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to your doctor first. For pure Sidr honey with nothing added, choose our Premium Yemeni Sidr Honey.

How to use

Our Yemeni Honey can be used as a natural sweetener or a health supplement. Enjoy it with tea, spread it on toast or use it in cooking and baking. For best results, consume one to two tablespoons daily.
